This immersion is an invitation to pause from the pace of life and step into a day devoted entirely to your body, your heart and your inner world.
Held in ceremony and guided with intention, this experience weaves together ancient ritual, embodied healing and connection to the land and ocean.
You will be held in a safe, grounded and nurturing space to release what you are carrying, reconnect with your feminine essence, and leave feeling clearer, lighter and more resourced.

• Opening cacao ceremony to soften the heart and ground into presence.
• Guided meditation, sound and ritual.
• Yoni steaming / womb‑centred ritual with herbs.
• Clay body immersion using natural clay sourced from the South Island.
• Ocean cleanse at high tide — washing away what no longer serves.
• Fire ceremony and integration.
• Nourishing lunch plus morning & afternoon tea provided.
• Small, intimate group for deep connection and safety.
This is a full‑day experience — slow, intentional and spacious.

Tatz is a holistic practitioner offering therapeutic and ceremonial spaces that bridge psychology, spirituality and embodied healing.
Her work is trauma‑aware, grounded and deeply respectful — weaving ritual, psychotherapy, energy work and nature‑based practices to support real, lived transformation.
She has facilitated women’s immersions in Australia, holding spaces where women feel safe to soften, express and remember who they are beneath the layers.
